🧾Test cases

Step-by-step instructions on how to work with test cases.

In Accessibility Tools, test cases are a series of structured evaluation procedures specifically designed to assess whether the analyzed web content meets the accessibility requirements defined in WCAG. Each test case targets a specific WCAG success criterion and provides detailed steps, testing conditions, and pass/fail criteria to determine compliance with accessibility standards. These test cases guide evaluators through systematic checks of elements such as keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, color contrast, alternative text, and other accessibility features, ensuring consistent and thorough assessment of digital content's usability for people with disabilities.

A test can consist of several test cases. If any of the test cases fails, the entire test is considered failed. Follow the links below to learn how to work with test cases.
